i went to spar the other evening looking for some lettuce, and they didn't have any lettuce but they did have kale! i've had kale loads of times but have never cooked it myself so i gave it a shot. SO EASY and SO GOOD. i had rice and this mix of onions, garlic, kale, tomatoes, and green beans. mmmmm...
